In my assessment, the Hanbiro HR App consolidates vacation management, attendance status, and commute-related statistics into a single mobile interface. It is designed for on-the-go access to HR-related functions.

• Attendance management: Monitors commute using GPS and beacon signals and tracks working hours with automatic reminders aligned to the work schedule.
• Current Status: View the work schedule and current status by day, week, or month. You can register and manage events that occur during work (business trips, outside work, breaks, etc.).
• Statistics: Displays total working hours, average working hours, and work status by day or month.
• Vacation management: Allows submitting applications and tracking approval status and history for vacations.
• Security: Login requires two-factor authentication, including fingerprint recognition and a second authentication login (OTP).
